Annotations!

        While I did my annotations, I highlighted what I thought was the most informative and what stood out to me. Throughout the reading I underlined words that I didn't know and didn't really understand. As I got done reading I went back over the words that I underlined and searched for its definition. After I found the definition I wrote it in the margins and when I read over the full story I had a better understanding.  I learned that my peers either used question marks and stars for things that stood out to them or either didn't understand. Color coded that separated their thoughts and helped them get a better picture overall.
